1- Are you a legitimate Money Service Business?

Yes, Iraqi Dinar Investments Inc. is registered with Canada's Revenue Agency, the Financial Transactions & Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), and the US Treasury Department.

2- Are you banknotes authentic?

3- Do you ship worldwide?

4- Can you ship to APO/AE addresses, or post office boxes?

No, please specify a street address for shipment.  A signature will be required upon delivery of your package.
 
 
5- I am new to online shopping, how do I make a purchase on your website?

Click on the Category of your choice from the "Our Products" section:
 
Click on the sub-category image of your choice to view the list of products, and prices. Clicking on the product thumbnail image allows you to read a full description of the product, and view additional images. When you are ready to buy, click on the Add to Cart button. 
If you would like to continue shopping, you may go back to select another item. Your cart will be updated automatically as you add or remove items.
 
When you have completed your shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button
This will direct you to our Secure Checkout System where you will be prompted to create an account with us by providing an e-mail address, shipping address, and payment information.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, home address, phone number, and a password.
We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology, and our website undergoes quarterly vulnerability scans.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Your order will be processed more quickly if you provide us with a non-free e-mail address.
 
As confirmation of your purchase, an automated e-mail with your order number, and transaction details is sent to you immediately after you have placed your order.
If you do not  receive this confirmation e-mail you have provided us with an incorrect e-mail address.
Please make sure to contact us so that we can make the correction and re-send you the e-mail.


6- How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard through a merchant account (maximum credit card limit $3000 
 USD per transaction)

Visa,  Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX through Paypal (maximum credit card limit $350 USD per transaction)

Certified checks/cashier's checks

7- Why are your prices lower when clients pay with a bank wire method of payment?
 
Our costs are lower when clients pay through bank wires, cashier's checks, money orders, and Western Union, and we are able to  pass these savings on to you.
 
8- Can I place an order by phone?
 
Yes, we will be happy to take your order by phone if you are not comfortable with online shopping.
The best time to call is between 9am to 2pm EST, Monday through Friday.

 

9- What is the approximate delivery time?
 
Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped within 24-48 hrs, and delivery can be expected, on average, within 1-5 working days from the day of shipment.
 
10- What is the fastest way you may be reached?
