1- Are you a legitimate Money Service Business?

3- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have successfully shipped to the following destinations:

6- Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, we will be happy to take your order by phone if you are not comfortable with online shopping.

Monday  to Saturday:  10am-2pm EST & 7pm-10pm EST

7- What is the approximate delivery time?
Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped within
24-48 hrs and delivery can be expected within 1-2 working days for US & Canada , & 3 -5 working days for International orders.
 
8- What is the fastest way you may be reached?
The fastest response time is through e-mail at sales@newiraqcurrency.com
 
9- What happens if the Iraqi Dinar suddenly revalues and my order has not been shipped?
In the event that the Iraqi Dinar suddenly increases in value and your order has not been shipped - we are only liable to refund you the amount in US Dollars that you have sent  us and not the market value.
 
10- What happens if the Iraqi Dinar suddenly revalues and my order has been lost in transit?
In the event that the Iraqi dinar suddenly increases in value and your package has been lost in transit- we are only liable to refund you the amount in US Dollars that you have sent us and not the market value .
