Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. New Iraq Currency reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Iraqi Dinar Investments Inc. is strongly committed to the prevention of money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities.
If you are suspected of such activities, it is our policy and part of our compliance regime to report the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTICE-

Compliance with the Financial Transactions, and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada.
Please take note that clients placing Iraqi Dinar orders over $3000CDN will be required to undergo a one-time identification process by phone. Such clients will be need to assign an individual that can confirm their identity on our company's behalf. It is easiest to assign a family member or employer for this process.
The assignees will need to provide us with the client's passport or driver's license number, its place of issuance as well as their date of birth.
This regulation was introduced by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), and is a requirement under Part 1 of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering), Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and associated regulations of Canada.
Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard):
The maximum allowable credit card limit per transaction is
$3000 USD. If you wish to make a purchase greater than $3000 USD, you may select "bank wire" as you are checking out.
All first time international clients with credit card orders greater than $500 USD will be required to fax us a signed credit card authorization form, along with a scanned image of the front and back of their credit card before we can process their order.
PAYPAL (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express):
The maximum allowable credit card limit per transaction is
$350 USD.
Shipping Policy
All of our items are shipped via Express mailing with an average turnaround time of 1-5 business days after order has been shipped.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, especially during a busy season. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by New Iraq Currency only as an estimate.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Iraqi Dinar Investments Inc. will be tracking your order from the time it has been shipped until you have received it.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if 30 days from the shipping date have gone by, and your package has not been delivered.
Iraqi Dinar Investments Inc. is responsible if anything should happen to your package while it is in transit to you. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have instructed your delivery service to leave parcels with a waiver of signature.
1- In the event that the Iraqi dinar suddenly increases in value and your package has been lost in transit- we are only liable to refund you the amount in US Dollars that you have sent us and not the market value .
2- In the event that the Iraqi Dinar suddenly increases in value and your order has not been shipped - we are only liable to refund you the amount in US Dollars that you have sent us and not the market value.
Re-Purchase of New Iraqi Dinars
At this time we do not repurchase Iraqi Dinars from customers but we will advise if this service becomes available.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, New Iraq Currency shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
New Iraq Currency shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, New Iraq Currency shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
